UK Southern North Sea Farm-in Opportunity

4Gen Energy and GTO Limited have launced the Draco complex, multiple TCF gas prospects in the Southern North Sea.

Draco – A continuation and high-grading of a 28th round award consisting of blocks in the highly-prospective Southern North Sea gas area of Quad 44: Blocks 44/8a, 9a & 10a. The blocks offset the Cygnus field, one of the largest UK gas discoveries in the past 25 years (.7+TCF reserve estimates); production commenced in 2017.

Based on high-quality 2013 reprocessed 3D data, four drill-ready prospects comprising of “The Draco Complex” are mapped with a potential ranging from 2 to 3.7 trillion cubic feet  (TCF) of gas in place. The primary zone within the Intra-Carboniferous has excellent reservoir characteristics from multiple stacked reservoirs, with initial production rates of 30 mmcf/day per zone anticipated. 3 of 4 drill-ready prospects have been mapped and confirmed in both in time and structure.

The low operating costs and proximity to the Cygnus gas complex provide compelling economics at today’s prices.

A comprehensive IM summarizing the detailed mapping and interpretations of over 980 Sq Km of 3D seismic is now available, both the IM and data room visit require the signing of a CA.

Technical and data room presentations are available; please contact Mike Jones for more detailed information and a copy of the CA.
